INTRA UTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)
IUI is a fertility treatment that involves placing sperm inside a woman’s uterus to facilitate fertilization. The sample of prepared sperm from the husband or partner injected into the woman’s uterine cavity around the time of ovulation. After IUI Hormonal support is given to maintain the uterine lining.
LAPAROSCOPY
Laparoscopy is a type of surgical procedure that allows a surgeon to access the inside of the abdomen and pelvis using a Laparoscopy which is a special telescope to which light sources and camera are attached without having to make large incisions in the skin. This procedure is also known as keyhole surgery or minimally invasive surgery.
